User guide

You can schedule and attend the meeting by the following:

A. Schedule a meeting:

  • Step 1: User (who set up a meeting) call in the switchboard 1900.5454.28 to require a room meeting. User shall provide the meeting details: number of participants, meeting time, the length of meeting. Telephone operator receive user's requirement and execute:
    • Establishing one meeting room.
    • Providing for user the information, include:
      1. Room ID number
      2. Room Password
  • Step 2: User (who set up a meeting) will send all participants the Room ID Number and Room password to attend the meeting.
  • Step 3: When it's time to start meeting, user and other participants call in the Blue~Meeting switchboard 1900.55.55.28, listen and implement by following the prompts to start the meeting.

B. Attend the meeting:

Call in the switchboard 1900.5555.28, listen and implement following the prompts:

  1. Press to attend the meeting.
  2. Enter Room ID Number and press .
  3. Enter Room Password and press .
  4. After "Beep", please introduce your name and press .
  5. Finish this step, users have already attended the meeting and conversed with each others via the phone.

C. Meeting Features:

When attending the meeting, users can:

  • Connecting to the technical assistance: press +
  • To meeting privately with a sub-group from the main meeting: you and other meeting participants press together + + the number of the break-out session you want to enter (from 1 to 9).
  • Return to the main meeting: press +
  • Mute/Unmute: press +
  • Depart from main meeting and return the main menu: press +
